As the holiday season approaches, we are reminded of the joy and warmth that come from giving and receiving. This year, we invite you to join us in spreading that joy to our hospice patients and their caregivers through our special end-of-the-year Holiday Wish List fundraiser.

Inspired by the spirit of hope and joy that the holiday season brings, we have created a Wish List of items that will help bring comfort and happiness to those we serve throughout the year. Your generous support can make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.

Your gift helps us honor a Veteran with a special recognition for their sacrifice and service. Ensuring every Veteran receives the gratitude and respect they deserve through meaningful tributes

Caregiver Support Baskets: $50
Your gift helps give 2 Caregivers Support Baskets to show appreciation and inspiration to those who tirelessly care for their loved ones. Support the unsung heroes—our patient's caregivers—by gifting encouragement baskets. These small tokens make a big difference for those who dedicate their lives to caring during life’s most difficult journeys as a caregiver.

Hospice Patient Welcome Baskets: $100
Your gift helps give 4 Hospice Patients Welcome Baskets to give comfort and essential items to those in our care. Your generosity ensures that patients feel loved and supported, no matter their needs.

Companion Pet for Dementia Patient: $150
Your gift of a Companion Pet will bring companionship and happiness to a patient living with dementia. Nothing lifts the spirits like a furry friend!

TVs for Treasures: $1,000
Your gift will provide TVs for our Treasures from the Heart stores to help enhance the knowledge and awareness of the levels of care available to support our community throughout their healthcare and caregiver journey. The TVs will feature your choice of a Company Ad or Memorial Tribute throughout the year for our customers to see.
